A Word From Our President
As a mother of three daughters, I understand firsthand the financial challenges that families face when it comes to higher education. My husband and I continue to support our daughters as they pursue their college dreams, and we know how important it is to have access to opportunities.

Unfortunately, there are limited scholarship opportunities for Hispanics in our communities. At LSF, we are working tirelessly to fill this gap and ensure that Latino students in Fairfield County and New Milford have the chance to receive scholarships that can change the course of their futures. While we would love to give an endless number of scholarships to every student who applies, we are limited by the donations we receive.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have been able to provide critical financial support to students who need it the most. The more donations we receive, the more scholarships we can offer. I am proud to share that approximately 85% of all the money raised over the years goes directly to the students—minimizing overhead so that every dollar counts.

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference. Together, we can continue to empower our future leaders and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
